EULA - End User License Agreement

1. This agreement is the contract between the end user (You) and M.I. Maksimov (further the Author), the developer of the Internet Connection Counter software.
2. All program's copyrights belong to the Author.
3. The program is distributed as shareware. You should register the software if you would like to use it.
4. The registered version of the program cannot be transferred to other person, re-sold or distributed by other means.
5. This software product is provided "as is", without warranty or guarantee of any kind, either expressed or implied, as to the fitness for a particular purpose or quality or performance.
6. The program performs only operations indicated in its description and does not intend to execute any other function.
7. You cannot use, copy, emulate or create new versions, lend or rent, sell, change, decompile, disassemble, explore the code of the program by other ways, transfer the program or any of its components otherwise than it is defined by this license agreement. Any of such illegal actions means automatic and immediate cancellation of the agreement and can be prosecuted.
8. The installation and use of the program means that you understand the rules of this license agreement and accept them.
9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license agreement, you must delete the files of the program distribution kit from any of your storage devices and stop using the program.
